Our senior management team is made up of operational and functional support managers who between them have many decades of experience in the technical services industries. They work together to deliver our vision of becoming the most respected sustainable technical services provider in West Australia.

The operational management team is responsible for the day-to-day activities within our business streams, driving operational excellence and delivering quality technical services and support to our clients.

Our functional support team ensure that areas including quality, health and safety, communications, IT, risk and procurement are governed and controlled in a way that fully supports our operational teams to undertake their daily activities.

Kevin Taffurelli – Director / General Manager

Kevin has been working and managing within our industries for 32 years’, both in West Australia and overseas, thus bringing a vast amount of experience to RNM Solutions, He has been very instrumental within our business with his proactive approach and burning drive to always look to improve and move the business forward whilst having very strong views and commitment towards our Vision and Values,

On speaking to our peers, suppliers, clients and some of our future clients, it quickly comes apparent that Kevin is an established, recognised and respected figure in our industry, he has built many positive working relationships with clients in his involvement on many iconic WA projects such as, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, St Mary’s Cathedral, Perth’s New Children’s Hospital, Midland Police Forensic building, Methodist Ladies College, Hollywood Hospital, West Australian Athletics Stadium, Steve’s Hotel Apartments and many many more in the portfolio.

When Kevin is not at work you will find him watching football or spending quality time with his family and friends.

Brett Matthews – Director / Head of Engineering and Estimating

Brett is the founder of RNM Solutions and brings with it his many years of diversified experience in the electrical industry. Brett completed his electrical apprenticeship in Western Australia and worked for the same company until his departure in 2004.

Whilst working in this business, Brett ascended the ranks from apprentice to service department supervisor – a position that was held until his departure.

A change of roles and employer occurred when he moved to Melbourne. Brett then applied his trade in Melbourne for 3 and a half years, where he learnt and refined his skills in the Data & Communications sector including installation, termination, testing and certifying of Data, people counting and fibre optic networks.

Upon his return to Perth, Brett started his own business as director and lead tradesman in the company as it is known now, and has seen the business grow to what it is today. Brett’s key business policies are quality, honesty, integrity and respect.

A keen snowboarder, Brett ensures that he gets time away with his family to the snow at least once a year.

Ian Culverwell – Hydraulics and Civil Manager

Ian joined RNM Solutions bringing with him a proven track record of successful management and service delivery across a wide range of projects throughout our industry.

As a licensed plumber and gasfitter with over 20 years experience, Ian has witnessed and embraced the constant evolution of the industry to ensure that he remains at the forefront of technology, products, and process.

Ian takes great pride in providing a quality service aimed at exceeding the client’s expectations, industry standards/regulations, and safe work practices.

In his career to date, Ian has been involved with numerous projects for Rio Tinto, BHP, Mount Gibson Iron to name just a few. He also has a comprehensive commercial plumbing background with a keen eye for detail and has delivered projects ranging from shopping centers to large-scale commercial refurbishments.

Ian is a keen traveler and when he is not at work, he enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with his young family.

Luis Queiros – Contracting Division Manager

Luis comes to RNM solutions with a solid background in managing and delivering a wide variety of projects successfully, whilst maintaining the highest standards in Quality and Health and Safety. In all cases Luis has built strong relationships whilst meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Over the last 18 years in the Western Australian industry, Luis has prided himself with his strong work ethic and drive for quality, this has enabled him to be involved in such projects as the HV intensive new Central Energy Plant at the QEII Medical Centre, Perth Children’s Hospital, Wheatstone LNG Train NPI Buildings in Onslow, The Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre and Residential Apartments, The Australian Marine Complex’s Eastern Warf Upgrade, Next Generation Lifestyle Club’s Bibra Lake and Perth complexes, Presbyterian Ladies College – Stage 2 Upgrade, Royal Perth Hospital’s Outpatients Clinic, St John of God Hospital’s CSSD Building and City of Stirling’s new Council Building just to name a few.

When Luis is not at work he likes nothing more than kicking back and relaxing with his family.

Murray Dover – Senior Technical Supervisor

Murray has worked within RNM Solutions since starting his apprenticeship back in 1996. Murray has gain a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the Service and Maintenance sector of our business, he has a complete and comprehensive skill set that enables him to provide Leadership and support to our team of RNM Solutions technicians. Murray prides himself in his quality of workmanship and attention to detail and has a very hands on approach with all he undertakes.

Murray likes nothing more than building and tinkering in his well-equipped Work shed when not at work.
